After a delayed flight and finally getting to the yellow lot, my 2023 Bronco was dead as a doornail. Tired, frustrated AKC was my second call to get towing and what a pleasant surprise. Aaron is very thoughtful. He kept us posted as to his ETA. He skillfully took care of my vehicle, drove me home and then took the truck to the dealer with my husband. He offered to stop along the way and asked if we needed anything. WOW! I felt like we were being taking care of by a family member. Aaron thank you for taking care of us in the middle of the night and far exceeding our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend you!!! ~ Cindy W
My car that wouldn't start in a Detroit Metro Airport Parking, Quick Park. After returning home after a 5-day business trip, my car wouldn't start. I googled 'towing in Romulus', I got the Yelp site, and AKC towing came up w/ 5 stars, so I gave it a shot. Aaron came out and jumped (with a jump box) the car, then stayed with me to make sure would stay running; it didn't....(the battery was REALLY dead). So Aaron hand pushed my car into an area where he could get jumper cables on my car from his truck for a better jump. After leaving the charge going for about 15 minutes, he started it, then drove it around the parking lot to ensure it was going to work, and before I left he ensured that he would come pick me up and tow me, if my car didn't get to my mechanic 35 miles away. The car did make it. He was the absolute best: kind, professional, caring. I am totally indebted to Aaron and AKC towing! ~ JP M
Hands down best service around. I've had to call on Aaron more times than I would like to admit but he has always came to the rescue and helped cast all worries aside. There is a lot of towing services in the Romulus/Belleville area but after the first time being rescued by AKC Towing there was never a further need to call anyone else. If you need a tow from a reliable company with a great attitude and genuinely good people, call AKC Towing and you'll see exactly what I mean. Thanks again AKC Towing! ~ Brian J
